The Channel Marketing Manager role is a based in Reading; Berkshire, UK. Responsible for managing regional marketing throughout Nordics, Benelux, Middle East, Northern Africa, Greece and Italy. The primary focus is lead generation via regional demand creation, Marcom, creative and design, localisation and execution of marketing programs.
This is a Player – Manager role, which requires strong communication and co-ordination with Numara Software internal marketing and product teams. The role will require periodic travel. This position reports to the EMEA and APAC Marketing Director.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead / demand generation
- Plan, build a execute a comprehensive demand creation and awareness program throughout the region
- Input to regional strategy for regional channel marketing
- Build and execute integrated marketing strategies for channels throughout regions.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans to achieve defined tactical revenue targets.
- Administration of regional marketing budget including reporting.
- Together with the EMEA & APAC Marketing Director define channel lead management process including distribution criteria, reporting requirements, closed loop analysis and CRM integration.
- Manage product release communications throughout region.
- Manage proof-reading of regional translations through regional contacts to ensure localization of product literature, website content & all other relevant sales tools supplied by Numara Software Corporate Marketing Team.
- Co-ordination and proof-read via a translation house of regional localisation of “packaged” marketing campaigns for regions
- Liaison with channel management and the channel to ensure their successful participation in collaborative marketing programs where applicable
- Protect the Numara Software and Track-It! brands within the region by ensuring Branding Guidelines, Privacy Guidelines and all relevant legislation are adhered to by Agency and reseller partners.
- Assist in the execution of marketing activities with key OEM & Strategic Alliance partners as appropriate
- Plan and direct regional and flagship events within region
Qualifications:
Essential:

Senior Channel Marketing experience in an IT discipline across EMEA (n (3+ years)

Trans-cultural experience (3+ years)

Experience of the full Marketing Mix – general lead generation and marcom background

Knowledge and experience of marketing in the EMEA markets
- Excellent presentation skills
Desirable:
- Experience of working with Distributors, ISV’s & Strategic Alliance Partners on joint marketing programs. Software industry, particularly Service Management/and or Helpdesk and or IT Asset Management
- Knowledge of the EMEA IT competitive landscape
- Knowledge of EMEA based regional marketing services companies
- Language Skills
